1. All images must be taken within the six New England states.

2. All entries MUST be in landscape (horizontal) format. They can be either:

   1. 35mm color transparencies

   2. Digital format. Calendar printing requires a minimum of 3000x2000 pixels, so the camera must have at least 6 Megapixels.  Set your camera to the highest resolution (number of pixels) and least compression (largest file size). Submit files unaltered (as delivered by your camera) on a CD-R.

3. Reproduced (duplicate) 35mm slides or color prints are not acceptable.

4. Images should not contain recognizable people unless prior written permission is obtained.

5. Each participant must be a member of good standing.

6. Each participant may submit no more than 10 images.

7. All entries must be on an official entry blank or copy, and include a description of each image.

8. All entries must be accompanied by a completed and signed entry form or copy.

9. Contest deadline: Entries must be postmarked no later than midnight December 15, 2010.

10. Final judging will be determined by the Board of Directors.

11. Winning entries become the property of the Mystic Valley Railway Society, Inc.

12. Non-winning entries will be returned June 2011, but only if accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope or package.

13. Prizes: Covers (front and back): $150 each; months: $100 each.

14. MVRS cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items sent through the mail.
