Guest Speaker Program Now AvailableIt is free of charge within 50 miles of Boston when requested by a member of the Society. We can share with your associates some of the trains and destinations enjoyed by fellow members and friends. A PowerPoint presentation entitled “Introducing the Mystic Valley Railway Society” covers our Special Train and Long Distance programs with emphasis on New England destinations. Running time is about 45 minutes but plan on an hour to allow for audience participation. We will provide current copies of our newsletter, “The Waybill” for all you guests. We are a non-profit educational corporation that is dedicated to educating the public about transportation with an emphasis on railroads. Incorporated in 1970 with ten members, it has grown to have thousands of members.
Under the slogan "Bee Line to Adventure" we have crossed many tracks in our pursuit to discover "New England and Beyond" primarily by train.
